I returned an item 5 months ago. Still waiting on the refund.
Klarna raised a dispute but customer service just refuse to accept any responsibility.
Email replies ask for proof of return and order number repeatedly despite giving this information.

I shop and return items online regularly and never have this trouble. Scamming money out of people by charging for a return and then not refunding people is not ok.

Never normally leave reviews but I can’t bare that I’m going to have to pay for something I no longer have!!!!!

Elly from costumer service was an amazing help. She gave me a quick solution and was super nice to me. I wish everybody that works in costumer service were like this.

The website is secure and easy to use. There is a huge stock range of different colours and styles to choose from. Let’s start with the sports wear! Super soft, seamless and durable material. The leggings fit so snug to my skin like a second skin but also stretchy. The sports bra are also very comfortable and don’t ride up when exercising. The nutritional food is so so good! The shakes are yummy and I’ve already lost 2kgs in one week using the body shake! The hair gummies also strengthen my hair and I’m already receiving compliments on how shiny and long my hair looks. The smart bars are yum yum yum! They are perfect for that extra boost before exercise. They keep me feeling full perfect for that craving! The flavours are just so good I highly recommend you try them all for yourself! And now the customer service! They are fast to respond in real time if you have any issues or questions. They are friendly and helpful! The site is secure and the membership is a great incentive with bonuses. Thank you!

Bought 2 pairs of workout leggings and tops last year and the quality was amazing. Bought another 2 pairs this summer, the same clothes in different colours and the quality is terrible! Very shiny and gets caught on absolutely everything. Rubbish.

I have returned my items and have given them the proof of delivery of my return and they will not give me back my refund and keep asking me for the receipt. The proof of delivery is more acceptable than a receipt of my return. Do not order from this company.

The delivery was fast, the packaging was 5*, the customer service as well was amazing but the only thing that wasn’t 5* was the quality and the products.
Ordered the FitWey caramel flavor and it tastes SO ARTIFICIAL. Their protein chips was the worst thing I’ve ever tried in my life but still it wasn’t the worst. I also bought the amino energy Ice Tea Flavor that I saw so many influencers taking and loving it. Well, once again very artificial flavor, it tastes so bad and after a few time my belly starts to bloat like crazy and mid workout I get a stomach ache. I tried it 3 times with a separate period of time just to make sure it really was the product.
I also bought 3 pairs of shorts that were on sale. Bought the S because that was my mesure and when I tried them they wouldn’t even pass my knee! I had to return them and pay to return and even if I wanted to get my money back I would have to still pay an amount that i believe was higher.
Now I have 50 something euros to spend and I have 0 will to try anything else because everything was AWFUL.

after my first order I never received my best points, nor did I receive my coupon code for taking the survey they sent me in regards to this first order. so after waiting for a while to see if it would all show up, I contacted them via email. i received a response in less than 24 hours! form an actual person, not an auto-reply. Kelly took care of both issues and had my coupon code sent to my email and points applied to my account. she was so professional, and thorough, and did it all with care. i love their products and am so pleased with this service.
